Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Ignite 2027 tickets purchased through The Walls Agency.
Purchase Price and Payment Options
The purchase price is $144 per ticket. Purchasers may pay $144 per ticket in full at checkout or select three monthly payments of $48 per ticket. The first installment is charged at checkout; the second and third are charged monthly thereafter. For multiple tickets, each payment is multiplied by the ticket quantity. By choosing installments, I authorize these three scheduled charges to my payment method. Scheduled billing ends after the third billing period; any unpaid balance remains due.
Payment Obligation
I acknowledge and agree that I am fully responsible for all amounts due under this purchase agreement. In the event any payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise fails for any reason, I remain liable for the full balance owed, subject to applicable law. This obligation remains in effect regardless of whether tickets have been assigned, transferred, or used, and may extend beyond the conclusion of the conference. I further agree to pay all reasonable costs associated with the collection of unpaid balances, including collection agency fees, attorney’s fees, and other related expenses where permitted by law.
No Refund Policy
All purchases are final. I understand and agree that no refunds, credits, cancellations, or exchanges will be granted, except where required by law, including for inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, personal emergencies, or unused tickets. Tickets may be transferred to another attendee as described below.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee. The original purchaser remains responsible for the full purchase price and all unpaid installments. A ticket transfer does not cancel this agreement, create a refund entitlement, or transfer the purchaser’s payment obligations to the recipient. Any ticket assignment or transfer must follow the event organizer’s procedures.
Personal Guarantee of Purchase
The purchaser remains responsible for the full purchase price regardless of whether tickets are assigned, transferred, distributed, sold, or remain unused. Failure of any third party to reimburse the purchaser does not relieve the purchaser of their payment obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
Agreement
By selecting the agreement checkbox at checkout and completing the purchase, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
