A few questions before you start

Let’s make the opportunity clear.

Do I need to recruit?

No. You can focus on personal policy sales. If you want to build an agency, recruitment is necessary.

Can I start part-time?

Yes—you can start part-time or full-time. We recommend about 20 hours per week for part-time agents, focused on warm-market conversations and any leads you choose to purchase.

Do I need a license before I apply?

No. If selected, we’ll guide you toward pre-licensing training and your state exam. Licensed agents follow the steps relevant to them.

Is there a salary or guaranteed income?

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary or income. Your results depend on your activity, policies placed, and carrier terms.
